Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframe
Please allow 2–4 weeks to receive your item.
It may take slightly longer for countries outside the U.S. (including U.S. states outside the mainland). For some European countries, delivery may take up to 26 days. If it has been more than 30 days and you have not received your item, please contact us.

Order Processing
Once your order is placed, we process the payment within 24 hours and your order is fulfilled within 2–3 days.
An order confirmation email will be sent when the order is placed, and a second email will be sent when your order has been dispatched.

Processing & Shipping Time
Please allow 2–3 business days processing time.
For very high demand items, it may take 2–4 weeks shipping time due to restocking and production, depending on your location.
Items may be shipped in separate packages at no extra charge.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Cancellations or changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Tracking Information
Tracking numbers will be emailed once they are received from the carrier.
In some cases tracking may take longer than expected due to unforeseen shipping delays.
